Thank you for sharing your review. Consistent scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits are important to many Associates, and we’re glad those were positives during your time with us. Restaurant operations require coverage during peak times, but fairness, transparency, and avoiding favoritism are critical to maintaining trust and long-term retention. We appreciate you taking the time to offer direct input. If you’d like to share more details so it can be reviewed by the appropriate leadership team, you’re welcome to reach out through our contact form at www.wafflehouse.com/contact. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the years you spent as a Master Grill Operator. Reaching that level reflects a high degree of skill, consistency, and commitment, and we recognize the effort it takes. We understand your frustration around growth and recognition beyond that role. Clear communication around expectations, advancement paths, and what success looks like at the next level is critical, and feedback like yours highlights how important that alignment is. We appreciate you taking the time to provide thoughtful, experience-based insight. If you’d like to share additional details, we encourage you to reach out through our contact form so your feedback can be reviewed by the appropriate team at www.wafflehouse.com/contact. Thank you for your commitment as a Grill Op. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
