      Pros

      Laid back at most times of the shift. Friendly bosses usually.

      Cons

      Inconsistancy across locations. Incredibly too much stress on holidays, not enough compensation IMO for what you put up with

      Pros

      I love working for waffle House. Yes you get paid $2.90 an HR but at the same time it equals out to more then minimum wage. People just don't have good social skills. Be in the mind frame if it was you as a customer and how you want to be treated. I get tipped $15 dollar tips and sometimes a $1 but that's very rare with a $1. And there is plenty of room to grow with the company if u have the right mind frame, stock, insurance etc...... A vacation check 2x a year plus Christmas bonus. What more can one ask for?

      Great place for interaction with people. You meet so many different people from different walks of life.

      Some of the hardest work I've ever done.
