As a server you literally have to do every single dish thats used in that restaurant WHILE you are slammed. Even all the dishes used by the grill cooks. But honestly even though it's a con by the end of the night or when you leave in the morning like I did on third shift you make enough money to get over it honestly. But I have been gone from the job for several months in my hands are in terrible condition from doing so many dishes all the time that. WH dishes are heavy and need to be stacked etc. my fingers lock up and won't bend and I can barely use my thumbs on either hand.
