Pros

High turnover rate among unit management which allows for career growth if you havent quite. Keep inmind promotions arent based upon merit. Waffle House never closes and always looking to open new units...Best of luck if you accept an offer for unit manager.

Cons

Unorganized from the Top down. Promotions arent based upon merit, a big reason for high turnover with management line. Quality of life is unbalance

Pros

Paid cash , paid weekly, easy to form relationships with employees, easy to get hired, paid training, earn money daily ( no shared sections or devided tips)

Cons

Have to have open availabilty, management shows no leadership skills, no paid vacation, only offers a discount as an insurance plan, a lot of negativity concerning designation of sections.. Does not appropriately report taxes and does not even carry a first aid kit for minor burns..
