Additionally, it’s important to note that each Warehouse (WH) has an assigned unit manager, but only a small percentage hold their staff accountable for their actions. Many warehouses are outdated and in need of renovations; however, since these updates would impact costs and potentially bonuses, they are unlikely to happen unless there is a significant decrease in performance incentives. This could lead to a drop of $10,000 to $20,000 in base pay, given that employees have the potential to earn between $60,000 and $114,000 annually, including bonuses..
