-horrible work environment -feeling unsafe around violent customers -management often picks and chooses which servers are required to finish their work -paid around $2-3 to do more than just serve tables -servers have to clean the entire store each shift worked -may have to work the whole store alone -terrible training -either way too hot or way too cold (I can see my breath on certain parts of the store)
