It was a good experience until on my last day of training they said they couldn't use me anymore and I was never given a reason.

Thank you for sharing your honest experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be released after investing time and effort into training. We take feedback like this seriously, as it helps us identify opportunities to better support and communicate with new Associates during the onboarding process. Thank you for your review. We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed the flexible schedule, friendly environment, and the opportunity to earn great tips. It’s also encouraging to know that, while challenging interactions can happen in any Customer-facing role, your experience with them was limited. We appreciate your feedback and the part you played in serving our Customers with care. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your time as a Unit Manager. We’re glad to hear you found value in the meals provided while working. It’s one of the ways we aim to support our team during long shifts. At the same time, we recognize that maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential, especially in leadership roles that come with high responsibility. Your feedback is important to us as we continue working to support our Managers both personally and professionally. Thank you again for your leadership and your years with the company.
