Endless stores to work around and if you are a friend with the cook, you can eat whatever you want, their food cost management is SUPER POOR

Cons

-It is a boys club, if you're a woman, they will not listen to you at all. -If you complain about a cook male not doing his job, they will initiate an investigation against you. -All the managers don't give a penny if the servers make money and they actually promote "fighting for tables".....is that right? Managers (MEN) will cheat on their spouses with servers, make a WHOLE show and still have their job In overall, AVOID WAFFLE HOUSE, isn't a good place to work at all. IF I COULD RATE THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT -0, I WOULD.

The seasonal tips were pretty good and I stayed busy a lot.

Cons

My schedule was horrible, and I was called in every single time I was supposed to have off and was shuffled between locations frequently.
