Thank you for your incredible dedication and over 20 years of service! We’re glad to hear you value the pay, consistent scheduling, and paid vacations. Those are important parts of how we support our Associates, and it means a lot to know they’ve been helpful to you. We also hear you on the challenge of work-life balance. It's something we’re continuing to work on, especially for those in leadership roles like yours who give so much every day. Your feedback helps us recognize where we need to improve, and it’s a conversation we’re committed to having. If you’d like to share more or have suggestions for better balance, we’d love to hear them through our contact form at https://www.wafflehouse.com/contact. Thank you again for your loyalty and leadership!

Pros

Insurance 3 ten day vacations Decent Training Program

Cons

Work Life Balance is horrible. No holidays off. Only one day off during holiday weeks which is inexplicably tough. Promises a lot, delivers little and there is caveats attached that is not told during recruitment.

Thank you for your many years of service and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. It’s clear you dedicated a significant part of your career to Waffle House, and we sincerely appreciate that. We’re glad to hear you found value in the insurance benefits, vacation structure, and training program. At the same time, your message highlights some very real concerns, especially around work-life balance, transparency during recruitment, and how responsibilities align with compensation. If you're open to sharing more insights or suggestions, we'd love to hear them. Please feel free to connect with us through https://www.wafflehouse.com/contact. Your voice matters, and we’re grateful you took the time to speak up. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
