Pros

Good base pay, with stock if you stay for 10 years. Learn a lot, and get good at cooking.

Cons

90 hours+ a week, more during holidays. You will hate every single holiday or event in your area. Favoritism runs rampant, just hope and pray you are on the good side. They are losing the people first mentality and going to money focus only.

The store manager is decent, and she is generally a compassionate person.

Cons

Everything else. You can always tell when the store manager is off because nothing is accomplished; nothing is restocked from the commissary.
