Horrible managers , non-regulating skills on their end. The ending results was me putting in a 2 weeks notice.

The best reasons to work at waffle house? You are able to meet a lot of new people from around the area or the globe.

Cons

The downside of working at waffle house, there are no real breaks, depending on the job you have your money comes in by the amount of costumers your store brings in, if the worker before or after your shift does not do their part in the daily store chores then there is no business

They pay very well because they expect a lot but the compensation is great,

the long hours tend to ware at you not the best if you have a family or if you a family type of person because you work every holiday.
