Pros

If you are willing to go above and beyond, advancement highly likely. If I stay with the company for more than 10 years, my stock will possibly allow me to retire early. I do not have to answer the phone on my days off. I make good money. My team respects me. I just became selectable for district.

Cons

I do have to be accessible by phone most nights, except for my days off.

Pros

Stock Meeting those in the community

Cons

They expect so much out of you with no support. Upline talk ls down to you if you aren't perfect, you must show up and work sick sick. Meetings pretty much every week. Late nights, no free time, if it isn't a vacatio or scheduled day off you can't get off for anything, so you will miss so many things. Work all holidays and won't get much sleep.
