Pros
Hal was great, and I worked there when his kids were taking over. Heidi and Chip were phenomenal leaders. My direct supervisor, Tom, was the best boss I have ever had, and he taught me everything about what it takes to be a good leader and customer service. There was a good work/life balance and they were understanding when you had things come up. I liked going to off-site jobs, i.e. school events, sports photography, graduations. Discounts on school photos is something they offer. My coworkers were friendly and I felt like there was good cooperation within the team.
Cons
one person in upper management expected all of their issues to be taken care of first and with an urgency that was unnecessary and they were uncooperative and confrontational when trying to speak to them in a constructive manner. The job was a little too far from my home for me with a small child.
