Pros

Good discount, works at waitrose and John lewis however prices are still not competitive so only worth it if its something noone else stocks

Cons

Average pay, not like you suspect Bonus is used to bump pay up to a better wage, still doesnt match M&S or Sainsburys Little progression for females, took me 4 years yet a new male worked who wasnt as knowledgable was bumped up in 1 All male management who are grossed out natural womanly issues Bad understanding towards sickness

Pros

Great discount at John lewis and Waitrose Excellent standard of food served in the staff room Annual Bonus

Cons

the new era of Waitrose with less staff is causing shelfs to look empty in bigger stores and putting strain on all sections ie more fresh food staff working on the checkouts.
