Pros

Excellent management structure and a highly supportive environment, great perks for working within the John Lewis company. Flexable hours and a fun working environment. Bonuses at the end of the financial year based upon company profit.

Cons

Slightly lower basic wage compared to many other supermarkets, however the perks of the job make up for that.
