Pros

fairly simple work, not difficult to do. Most people that work there were nice. You can put your headphones and grind out the work. Unboxing boxes, putting stock on shelves then picking then facing up- simple.

Cons

slightly mind numbing at times, if I didn't have my headphones I would struggle to find it exciting. Messes around with your life as it's night shift. They were poor at moving me to day shift, despite me constantly asking.

Pros

Good option for those needing pt work.

Cons

Waitrose has ex Tescos CEO who probably finds it hard to appreciate the concept of a partner led business diluting the profit motivate. Sorry to report less time now to deliver and less supportive management driven probably by new Tesco led senior management.
