Pros

Lovely company to work for; worked for another driving company (purple van) is all I can say and the way Waitrose treat me compared to them is otherworldly, customers are solid, get to meet lots of dogs which is a perk, you’re kept busy and it’s just a breath of fresh air when you’re on route, while yes you do load up your van and can be a bit tight timing wise but what world is perfect. Oh and we get 25% off at John Lewis and 20% off at Waitrose.. which in a cost of living crisis is a saviour, loads of overtime available too so you can get a good paycheck at the end of the month

Cons

Sometimes the weekend timings are a bit of a stretch like 6 drops in an hour, loading up can be heavy and a good workout at 6-7am in the morning, but you get used to it.
