Used to be amazing! Well looked after discount is a great perk. Plenty of overtime and nice managers.

Cons

Changed! Lack of money and funding for the business no overtime, overworked due to lack of hiring of staff, managers and ethos of Waitrose keep changing. Pay for higher title is the same for a new starter.
