Pros

The company offers excellent employee benefits. Unfortunately, rather than supporting my request to transfer to another branch, the process led me to resign. What made this especially frustrating was that management kept a position open for an employee on a one-year sabbatical, yet could not process a straightforward transfer request on my behalf.

Cons

I experienced challenges with management during my time here. In one instance, when I raised a concern about not receiving a break the previous day, the response from management was unnecessarily aggressive. There also appeared to be inconsistent application of rules, with certain employees receiving more leniency than others. For example, while one staff member was allowed to wear gloves to accommodate false nails, I was reprimanded for a similar situation and sent home, which ultimately led to a formal warning. These situations made the work environment feel unfair and unprofessional.
