- Nice staff - Discounts at John Lewis & Waitrose were nice - Driving the vans weren't bad

Cons

- Some bad management - Too much emphasis on delivering on time - Unrealistic targets - Had too many drivers or not enough drivers during one shift - too many drivers would mean you'd be stuck on shop floor, too little would mean you'd be stressed out you're doing the work meant for two people
