Good induction process with both in person and computer training, review meetings in first 3 months, etc. Friendly co workers and managers. Quite an easy interview

Cons

No choice over when your regular shifts will be or what job you'll be doing. Rejecting time off with no explanation. Had to chase managers up several times to get certain things to happen.
