Decent pay and low stress, but favoritism in promotions

Pros

Decent wage however other supermarkets have now become more competitive. Fairly low stress job and customers tend to be quite nice.

Cons

People promoted who were friends with managers rather than those who were best for the job. Not understanding of personal circumstances or sympathetic to issues which caused more than 2 absences within a year.
