Pros

Flexible shifts. Good camaraderie. Polite customers. Discount scheme after 90days

Cons

You only find out that you’re not doing a task properly when you’ve made a mistake. I sufficient training resources, ie you’re told once and expected to retain reasonably complex procedures with no written back-up notes to refer to.

Pros

Brilliant Colleagues that can help you get through a shift in retail.

Cons

One particular manager can make your shift miserable if they're in. The particular manager micro-manages to the extreme, can be very condescending, unprofessional, and brings their personal mood into the workplace that affects everyone on the shift. Also known for saying things that could be deemed as bullying in the workplace.
