Pros

No real pros you were made to feel alienated as your not a "proper partner " until you've been there 3 months so you don't get invited to any partner parties or benefits

Cons

You get treated as lower class and kept out of anything that is going on with the partners

Orders often not ready so left little time to load. Expect a lot from you.

Nice colleagues 20% discount after 3 months Night shift pay is good

Cons

Poor management - sometimes there are 3 managers in a night shift, sometimes none, no feedback on performance, staff on holiday/off sick are not covered and you are expected to work the equivalent of 2 people because they didn't organise cover...
