Pros

Many benefits (including a 20% discount at Waitrose and John Lewis) after you pass the probation period

Cons

High workload. Despite not saying it directly, they want you to go above and beyond for as little money as humanly possible. Management isn't accountable of their mistakes - blaming culture. Prioritisation is chaotic. There is no real investment in people's development. Wages are stagnant. After reaching a certain level, it is basically impossible to get promoted. You will be praised publically, they give small, ridicolous tokens, but they ALWAYS recruit externally for high profile jobs or assign them to leader's little favourites without a true selection process.
