Pros

Perks and bonus are good motivators. Where I worked had lovely staff who were on the same level as me. If you are student, this is a good part-time job and can have good career opportunities.

Cons

'Modern Waitrose' trying to make it a privilege company work really just made it worse, never enough staff, had to always work overtime, managers don't lead and rather sit in the office, upper management won't do anything about line management. Has put me off retail and always thankful when I walk in to a superstore that I don't work in this environment anymore.
