Pros

Everybody that works for the company is very friendly and helpful towards each other. The management and the business in general are very understanding and willing to compromise where necessary for the benefit of partners. The opportunities to progress within the company are made very clear if you show the willingness to work hard.

Cons

Modern Waitrose appears not to be working in my branch, the sections are being spread thin with less staff members being employed. This means partners are being asked to do more work on multiple sections, without a mention of pay increase.
