Pros

Partners, the job itself. Progressive but with cronyism rife. If your face fits you get on. The partnership ethos is one to be admired for all business types.

Cons

Focus on profit to the detriment of its partners currently . With the management restructure taking shape again after 2010, there are a number of issues that are being worked through.

Great Pay, bonus scheme and friendly colleagues and managers. Being a 'partner' is a positive too. Job available on return from uni over Christmas period.

Cons

No parking, No availability of position on return from uni over Summer holidays.
