Pros

The managers are very open with communication and aren't constantly breathing down your neck to get work done. There is some level of independence when working as a partner and Waitrose allows you to handle situations cases by case.

Cons

The pay rate is lower than other super market chains and specifically in my store there are just not enough employees to handle tasks.
