Excellent Benefits PartnerVoice scheme works well for suggestions Pay is good for part time Management are flexible and approachable

Discount is not great within the company Price of some products is crazy Some working practises are old hat Some branch systems are out of date

Pros

They have great benefits - give you shares/bonuses etc even when you are part-time. Opportunities for more hours if you want but they do not push you to do them.

Cons

Could tell they had favourite members of staff. Gave you work which couldn't be completed in your shift.
