Pros

Good company that cares about its employees. Lots of company benefits and discounts. Good John Lewis discount.

Cons

Often short staffed and management tend to leave Supervisors to deal with this during busy periods, often without giving much recognition for hard work

Pros

Bonus, benefits and brand. The company is co owned by the employees making it a unique place to work. One can reap lots of rewards and rise quickly in the company if you treat it as if it were your own business

Cons

Not all employees feel the same way (I guess the same in most businesses) and expect the partnership to always take care of them without putting much in themselves. Lots of employees have long careers and always do things the same way and don't evolve
