Good benefits - after a few months of service get a discount card that gives money off purchases at Waitrose and John Lewis, as well as other perks Good pay for job Nice atmosphere, good people to work with and good canteen

Cons

Long hours that vary all the time, no real set length of time, don't get set days off (ie could have to work weekend then get the tuesday and friday off, but this changes every week)
