Pros

the pay is prtty good especially for students in university or college, end of financial year bonus is great, also you get a 25% discount at john lewis on most items (12% on electrical)

Cons

sometimes you will have to work long hours, sometimes your shift may not finish until midnight and the work is fairly repetitive

Pros

I think the best thing about working at waitrose is I was being offered more hours than I asked for and was brilliant cause wanted money

Cons

I think that some of the challenges of working hard at waitrose is stopping yourself from eating the fruit while your working

Pros

The bonus is good The pay is better than most

Cons

Majority of customers treat as if you a lesser being than they are (regardless whether you have a degree or it's a side job for you) When understaffed you're still expected to complete workload by any means necessary
