Pros
The general working day is a pleasure. There's no sort of better than others feel as we are all partners and therefore all feel like a part of the business. We are like a big family and there are always people to talk to and are willing to help you. I can honestly say I don't see my shift as another day at work instead it's a day with another one of my families! I wouldn't swap my job here for the world.
Cons
The only con I can say about working at waitrose is you get the odd person who gets on your nerves but you'd get that anywhere so that's a general con but honestly I can't say anything bad about working in waitrose as there simply isn't anything to say!
