      Pros

      Good Bonus, Good working atmosphere, excellent training in customer service and excellent opportunity for advancement. People are also generally very friendly

      Cons

      If you work on the shop floor at a Waitrose, some branches can get extremely busy and with the emphasis that is put on customer service, you may not be able to do as much work as is expected of you due to helping customers.

      Pros

      I work with a great team of people. The business is willing to change hours to suit change of family circumstances. Opportunities to work in different sections.

      Cons

      A few extremely rude and arrogant customers! Having to book 3 weeks of next year's holidays by the end of October. Not particularly good pay £6.98 ph after 18 months with the business. Not user friendly computer systems.

      Bonus, access to information that's useful if you study a business degree, didcount

      Cons

      Overtime thrown at you like a ton of bricks. Expect you to work 3 people's jobs at once. you can't do your actual job as checkouts always understaffed and take priority. Distribution centre rubbish and always leaves you with the wrong stock so you have to deal with unhappy customers all the time.
