shifts changed at drop of hat not always even asked or told! Management not friendly treated like a machine not a co worker!

Pros

Treated fairly and looked after when you have a problem. Given creative responsibility and the chance to implement own ideas. Motivated and happy team who inspire you.

Cons

Sometimes too much is asked of you with little or no reward e.g staying for two hours with no pay or time back then being made to feel bad for actually going home. It's too much and if you do it once you are expected to do it every time.
