Pros

Other Partners. Teamwork in sections. Opportunities internally and externally. especially from training (from co workers or online). Salary. Well known business/pride.

Cons

Long hours, sometimes they dragged. Expected to juggle/manage on your own as well as meeting a deadline. Loads of initial training to do online. No room/time to make errors = pressure.

Cons

Industrial placements don't transfer well to graduate roles as they're mostly not related.
