Communication isn't always the best Not that lenient in terms of sickness sometimes Occasionally a little disorganised They can be really strict in terms of personal presentation ie they get really fussy about dyed hair if it's not a natural colour

Good pay, time and a half on Sundays, easy to pick up overtime, take pride in their work, Christmas parties

Cons

Managers can be condescending and make you nervous, they can be too by the book and dealing with sick days are ridiculous
