Pros

Everyone you work with is really friendly and willing to help. Really good atmosphere!

Cons

Can be pressured, you may be assigned overtime without being asked. Customers can sometimes be rude, but that's expected as it is a customer facing role. You need to be able to work around conflict.

Pros

Most the managers are very nice. As far as retail goes and working in a supermarket, this is one of the best ones to work if you dont mind being scrutinised Great discount. Managers are not afraid to get their hands dirty and replenish stock on shop floor.

Cons

They expect you to work the cages faster then what is realistically possible, at least for me, i am not a machine and couldn't keep up with the faster experienced staff members. Team leaders would make direct and indirect rude remarks about you working to slow. Replenishment staff stressed out. Rediculous amout of training to stack a shelf, silly online courses. To much upheavel for a 3 month review (writing in book ect) its over the top and irritating.
