there are many benefits and compensations including a yearly bonus, which is a share of the organisation's profit. there are many opportunities for career development and promotions.

Cons

they are not flexible when asking for emergency time off, which is hard in any organisation. there are not any other cons of working in waitrose.

Good hourly pay with profit sharing bonus every year in March. Plenty of chances to improve pay scale by completing targets. Very friendly environment.

Cons

Can become very tiresome as each day at work is fairly repetitive. Hard to move past team leader roles to try and become management.
