Pros

Excellent benefits and staff atmosphere for a low-skilled profession.

Cons

Difficult to progress up the ladder to more corporate roles. Rejected automatically for work experience and friends experiencing troubles getting past mid-level management.

Pros

They treat their staff well in terms of bonuses, discounts, getting overtime etc. They hired lots of young people which made it a funner work environment.

Cons

The endless training upstairs on computers which could take hours. Some of the managers were incredibly old-fashioned and strict.
