Pros

The bonus is good and you do meet a lot of people while working there.

Cons

Getting time off can be a pain staking process. A strong lock of communication between managers

Pros

All the staff are friendly, and everyone takes care of you. The pay is good and so is the food at lunch. Lots of opportunities and very flexible with shifts.

Cons

Not really much to say here. I love working at Waitrose as a part time job, but I guess it isn't great for a full time.

Pros

Great mix of people to work with, I get to carry out many different roles and we get an annual bonus!

Cons

I don't always feel like my skill sets are pushed. Also the work can become rather monotonous at times.
