Pros

Annual Bonus. Great partner food/dining room. Excellent activities. Company is a democracy, weekly magazine. Good engagement with the company. Staff discount. Annual performance related pay increments.

Cons

Started with company as a Team Leader, was paid exactly the same as regular shop assistants with less experience. Horrible uniform. Very much a 'manager' first and the rest second atmosphere. Section Management parade around like they own the place. Look down upon by customers (unavoidable) Was accused of faking an injury, even whilst attending physiotherapy sessions.
