Pros

Develop relationships, social skills and customer interaction techniques. Great pay if you're a student, they're pretty flexible with your education. Nice bonus every year, will probably add another months pay on top! Management are nice and generally listen to any problems (from my experience).

Cons

Job can lack diversity, however this is usually compensated by your colleagues conversations. Customers are quite upper class so they can be quite patronising.

Pros

Pretty good pay Annual bonus and reward schemes Friendly workplace, fairly laid back Somewhat sociable atmosphere outside of work

Cons

Pretty boring after a few months Repetitive Often understaffed leading to extremely busy periods Overly complicated holiday booking system (although this was been sorted out after I left according to former work colleagues)
