Pros

The benefits of working for the company with leisure facilities and ticket subsidies are Amazing! The John Lewis partnership really know how to treat there partners! We are generally all part of one business with good morals!

Cons

It is difficult as we don't tend to employ full time partners, which can cause added pressure on the partners.

Pros

The people I work with are just so nice which makes a long shift a bit easier to cope. You get a bonus! It's a really good company to work as it is well known. Most customers are friendly.

Cons

Some customers are not friendly! This one customer got all in a huff and puff when I didn't give her enough plastic bags! Some employees can be a bit rude to customers by chatting to their fellow co-workers whilst serving a customer (I don't do this).

Pros

Lovely place to work nice people lovely customers good managers. Well led well run and very nice atmosphere.

Cons

Could be better paid . quite cold nice people though. Can not think of any cons at all really. Lots of overtime if you want it. Nice near Christmas for extra money. Good places to work if you got children as they do accomodate any problems with you needing time off if they are ill.
