Pros

Good development opportunities Being a partner in a company is great Bonus People who are generally genuinely happy to be at work

Cons

Due to it being a partnership some decisions take long periods of time to go though as it has to go through most people. This is great but also time consuming.

Pros

You own the business as a Partner and have a direct stake in its success

Cons

A trend towards the idea that consultants are the root to realising future growth ambitions without necessarily unlocking all of the internal talent that exists

Pros

Worked here part time during my A-level studies. Learned a lot about leadership and management of people older and younger. Learned the best way to approach a customer service based job. The benefits of Waitrose and John Lewis partnership were very useful. The bonus and discount card to name a couple.

Cons

There wasn't much advertised in terms of graduate schemes and sometimes line managers tried to take advantage of my young age and expected naïvety.
