Pros

Range of benefit including annual bonus, PRP, flexible working hours, pay above industry standard and friendly work place.

Cons

Very bureaucratic with the simplest of tasks requiring loads of paper work. Also a lot of the job roles are very repetitive and boring but some job rotation is available.
