Pros

Competitive pay for a store assistant role especially considering the annual bonus, which for me was 18%. A nicer supermarket than most, eased into my role and given increased responsibilities as I improved in my role. Good benefit system including large discount at john lewis

Cons

Trying to hold the part time job whilst doing A-levels was demanding due to overtime requests.

Pros

Great rewards for employees, friendly environment, good work-life balance, a lot of change to be worked through

Cons

Slow to adopt change. There is a tendency to leave 'it' till it's broken/ almost broken. Decisions from the top can appear to be without consideration of what is achievable on the ground.

Pros

Excellent employee benefits, even if you're part time

Cons

Management are so badly disorganised, technology is 20 years behind, individual's are not appreciated, management don't listen to employees, there are not enough people employed and we don't get paid enough for what we are expected to do
