Pros

The working non management staff was really nice. The customers were great to talk to. I actually enjoyed working there part time when i was left to my own.

Cons

Micromanaged Management. Unappropriated relation / actions between management and staff during work hours. Working really hard only gets more work not appreciation. Only one of the three managers were logical and fair. The new upcoming manager at the time was really poor and made decisions based on feelings and need to do something / prove himself rather than actually improving something.
