Got many benefits initially, a bonus and the partnership discounts

Cons

My supermarket in particular was under quite disorganised management, and there were often staff shortages especially at crucial times like Christmas which increased the burden on everyone else. The pay is also now lower than what the majority of other supermarkets are offering which is a shame.
